Broken Crying Smiley :((
This is a really small and picky thing but I've noticed that the Crying Smiley (I'm sure that's an oxymoron 
) is broken. I thought it was just me but I've noticed it in posts from other members too.
Rather than depicting the Crying Smiley, :+(+( just gives 
( (The Sad Smiley with an extra bracket).
This is a really picky and pathetic thing but i just wanted to bring it to people's attention so it can be fixed

I'm aware of this problem and have attempted to fix it in the past. One solution is to change the crying button to emit :crÿ: but that won't repair the crying smileys previously entered by users. As a workaround you can always type that form: 
The preferred solution is to change the sort order so that it pattern matches crying before sad. Unfortunately there's a known bug in Drupal's smiley module that throws an error whenever you try to change the sort order. I'm waiting for an update to the module.

Done. I grew tired of waiting for a patch to the Smiley module and recently realized that it wouldn't automatically repair broken smileys entered in the past. You'd have to go back and edit the old comments in order for the smileys to refresh. Screw that.
