i'm one of those people who are quite negative to DLC altogether

This is one of the three Templar Lairs - the one in the Palazzo Medici.

Yeah. It was also in a couple of the different preorder bonuses.
I'm usually against DLC as well, but Bonfire was mostly worth it, in my opinion.
