This topic works as assistance to solving all 20 glyph puzzles in Assassins Creed II in order to unlock Subject 16's "The Truth" video or to obtain the achievements/trophies "A Piece of the Puzzle" (Unlock a piece of Subject 16's video) and/or "Vitruvian Man" (Unlock all 20 pieces of Subject 16's video). The glyphs are all in order of appearance.
I have removed one person from the scene in the Palazzo Medici for the memory Road Trip. There are generally four NPCs here, and two are movable. The body in the side is a knocked out civvie
This was done using the exploit of grabbing a civilian to move immovable NPCs around, but serves no purpose otherwise:

The video of me attempting to reanimate the NPC by lifting him up as seen in this video, after removing him from the scene.
Everybody knows of those optional lootable boats in AC2. But because the reward for looting them is so small, nobody to my knowledge really attempted to find them all (maybe somebody did for personal use). So, being the perfectionist that I am, I decided to do it. Here are the maps I made in case someone wants to make a bit extra florins or just loot every boat in the game.

Assassin's Creed II
Easy Banks / Easy Codex Pages
The best, easiest and most hassle-free way of infiltrating and stealing from banks in AC2.
1. Hire [Thieves / Courtesans] *
2. Tell them to [Wait] a distance away but do not Dismiss them.
3. Smoke Bomb onto the guards at the entrance; Smoke covers a large area and will likely stun them all if you sweet-spot it, which isn't too hard.

Although the option to skip scenes wasn't introduced until Assassins Creed Brotherhood, there is a way to skip the memory corridors in the previous game.
Bring up the start menu to pause the game right when the memory corridor is starting during an assassination of a main target. You'll have better luck with long kill animations for a longer window of time. To be safe do this several times in a row. If done correctly you will have skipped the memory scene.
Other Glitches
Two other ways to glitch the memory corridor. First is having the weapon wheel active while the memory scene starts. Second is using a shop.

Animus Lab - Takedowns, No Damage
There are some cool things you can do in MD. I’ve always known this and wanted to pursue it but just ended up getting myself into gear recently. Checkpoints are also not very generous in Present Day, which is fine if you’re playing normally, but can be quite tough if you want to do something like no damage / no mistakes.
