Does anybody have the Assassin's Creed Encyclopedia?
My father has ordered it for my 18th birthday and it'll arrive in a few days.
I'm curious if there's any information on Assassin's Creed III/games or Assassin's Creed media that haven't come out yet. If there is, please be nice and mark your post with a spoiler tag Smile

Once I get it, if you guys want to know anything about it I'll go ahead and find out/tell you.
I must admit, this is fairly exciting.

I'm wondering what the timeline is for the Encyclopedia. I hope it doesn't give any info about AC3. If it did, I think we would've heard about it already. Hopefully it just ends at ACR.

Yeah, I'll clear that question up as soon as I get it.
I'll post it in this topic, seeing as it's already made and stuff.

Alright, so it ends at ACR.
BUT!
That's mostly story-related things.
Certain other things, such as Items/Weapons/things not so much related to story are still there.
Also, there are a few exceptions.

For example, (Possible spoilers for AC3 items/side characters)

Spoiler: Highlight to view
I now know the name of The One Who Came Before that will appear in AC3. Also, the modern Hidden Blade is known as the Shock Blade. It has two long needles/sharp prongs rather than a single blade, with an electric current running between both needles. Other than that, it just looks like a futuristic Hidden Blade with the bracer and everything a silvery blue/plasma ish color.

OHHH, ME LIKE!!.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which

I have it as I bought the Animus Edition of Revelations. I must admit that I haven't looked at it in any great detail. Some of the artwork is beautiful though.

It would be cool if modern times has several different types of hidden blade. I'm also hoping that there is a modern replacement for the hookblade.

Hopefully it's a little more stylish, and hopefully the free-running mechanics change a little bit to make its use more involving/noteworthy.

I'm hoping for some deep mechanical overhauls in AC3.

the posts a bit guy

I've been thinking about this for a while... worthwhile investment to get in order to delve further into the universe?

I'm sure the art is amazing.

I've been dreaming of a shockblade since AC1!! I swear to god when I realised where the story was going I said to myself "A Tazerblade would be the most sensible for modern times, although I like the idea of an actual Tazer/Blade. y'know stab and zap? much better than a conventional tazer Crazy

So today's my 3rd anniversary. I have "moved into ultra-nerd territory." (as per TheMethodicalAssassin)

My wife bought me the 2nd Edition of the AC encyclopedia as a gift.

I gave her the Complete Works of Shakespeare, Grimm's Complete Fairy Tales, The Complete Sherlock Holmes, Homer's The Iliad and The Odyssey, Complete Works of Edgar Allen Poe and Jane Austen: Seven Novels (almost complete works) to start a real home library... all leatherbound for the 3rd (Leather) Anniversary of course.

I came out ahead because mine has pictures; hers is all words. Tongue

This comment is righteous. I always like hearing people use bitchin' slang from the 80s. Keep up your kick ass ways, dude!

To be fair... Grimm's Fairy Tales has quite a few images too...
