Most was from ACB, but some was from AC2 (such as the Altair nighttime Acre scenes).

I didn't said it wasn't good or anything, just that it wasn't really mind-blowing. Even better if considering it was your first. But who am I to judge, I don't even have the means to capture video

Fix your recorder, lulz
If you have a video recorder or etc. What you'll want to do is basically set up the video camera on a tripod or a stool or a sofa or whatever. And then you'll want to adjust the camera to the screen. Nearly all cameras made in the last 5 years come with a video function so you've gotta have a camera made in the last 5 years! After you're done adjusting the camera zoom to the screen, make sure people can't see the sides of your tv.
Next, start recording. I'm sure it won't look that great, but you'll want to mess around with the settings until you get a visible picture. You'll definately want to mess around with the in game brightness. Sure you won't be able to see the videos that well, but you'll definately allow your viewers to see them.
There's tons of video editors that you can use to fix up your videos!
Titling your Videos
Your video titles are really really vauge. You'll want to title them with the words Assassins Creed. If they're clearly about Assassins Creed, then you don't really have to, but you still need to state what's going to go on in the video. For example, William of Montferrat SuperFast Blitz. You can assume the viewer knows that William of Montferrat is a target in Assassins Creed, and then you have SuperFast Blitz saying what's going on in the video.
What ever you do, don't name your video "Fight to the End". Its impossible to tell what its about from the title.
Tags
Add more tags. You seriously need a lot more tags. 2 tags isn't going to help with getting views/ subscribers

Yea, I know its a bit weird, but you'll want to plan out your videos before you do them. Just play around and make sure you know what you're doing before the level. This way, you don't mess up while recording, look better, and people will think you're a better player.
Srry about the extra reply, but also post a video response to one of my videos...
You know your video "Guide to assassinating"?? Go to my videos and go to hidden blade video guide. Post that video as a response there. you'll surely get more views.
Also post leroy the assassin on a Machinima Flawless Hidden Blade Virtual training video. This will get you a lot more views.
The first half of your advice is impossible for me because I'm poor atm. 
Also, I'm just too lazy to put tags. I did in the first several videos, but those are just not worth watching (horrific!) but I may take the lazy way out and copy and paste from videos that are similar.
I have a few strategies for the games, but they were either already done on the site before I even signed up or they were posted before I got around to mentioning it. XD So that's why most of my videos seem like they probably aren't planned out very well (especially Brotherhood). Mostly I just try to make videos that are fun to watch once or twice.
Can't you just borrow your friends camera or any old cameras you've had...
I should get around to making one of these...I've been wanting to do it for a while, but lacked the means to do so. (My capture card is standard, not HD) I've since switched to a PC gamer mostly, (I have both Ac1 and Ac2 on PC) so perhaps I can get around to finally doing this!
I just made a real AMV (with downloaded trailers/videos instead of my crappy webcam) and finished it today. I accidentally deleted some of the original videos and can't get them back, so I can't save it as a movie file and upload it. 
Does anyone know how to get back Recycle Bin files you deleted already?

Basically the binary for the movie is delted. If you have windows 7, go to the folder you put the movie in. Right click it, and click on previous versions. Try to see if Windows 7 saved a point in time where the movie was actually in that folder.
