Here are some differences:
0:45 The airwalk is due to an invisible platform that the developers put in place for Silvio to stand on in a previous cutscene.
0:51 To grab Dante, you need to injure him sufficiently first, otherwise he will block your grab attempt. I use a throwing knife.
3:52 Place the targets close to the door so that the nearby tree doesn't block your view of the kill animation during the eagle strike.
4:35 I run parallel over the second line of shingles from the edge in order to aim the jump.
