He did the same thing for AC2. He's a lucky man.
Because he probably torrented the game, and he probably has a Samsung disk drive so the new dashboard update for Kinect with AP 2.5 won't be able to detect that it's a fake. I wish I could say the same about my other 360 which will probably be console banned by next week.
Like mentioned above, it's either downloaded off the net or purchased early. I used to have a local store that always broke street date for games, but they're under new management now and no longer doing that. I'm chasing down another lead though, so I may have the game shortly. If not, I'll have to wait until Monday night.
