How did Teadora get into the party?

Perhaps she was VIP because of her beauty. i don't know.
You can see many courtesans in the "VIP area" that you need the golden mask, so maybe the courtesans are free to enter.
Anyway I did a test, its possible to lose your notoriety here before assassinating marco, makes the silent challenge a hell of a lot easier if you wanna kill all guards before killing marco.
Basically hyperblend and stand on the ledge on the outside of the boundary, near the boat. Eventually an official will spawn nearby, kill him when he gets close. You can do this when you have to hide for 60 seconds and right aftwards

Nice idea! i think i'm going to try it. 
Another idea for Marco. Suppose you get behind him and use a smoke bomb, this will cause him to flee without him seeing you. What if you tackle him, use another smoke bomb, and then poison him. Could you then run as far as you want without desynching? This way once the memory corridor is over you would instantly finish the mission instead of fleeing the area

I used Ian's "Ghost" method for this mission and eliminated all the guards (at least on the boat. There were a few left on land). I was able to superblend and get onto the boat. I poisoned Marco and immediately got to the memory border out on the water. I got a few meters in and waited for Marco to almost die from the poison (just getting on the ground). I continued to swim towards the opposite land-area and I was able to keep my synchronization until he died. Once the death cutscene was over with, I was automatically out of the area and finished the mission without error.

It's possible to get other people in there. If any of you have seen my video on preassassinating Marco I get Dante in there after I steal the mask from him so that I clone him during the scene.

It might also be possible to get groups in there. I think I did that once, but you have to do that after the scene where Ezio puts on the golden mask or they will disappear.
