Getting in the huddle of Sibrand's scene prior to the assassination is possible although it doesn't affect the assassination itself. Start by going to the docks then get on the boat close to the scene location. Jump to the spot by the stairs. Since this area is supposed to be unreachable you are able to walk right into the scene. There isn't much point to this besides some hilarity. During the scene I don't move the camera much since it follows Sibrand. Also I don't use memory glitches to zoom the camera in since that would make Altair disappear.
I was actually trying to do this a couple weeks ago. XD
How do you discover all this cool stuff? 
What I'd like to see next is someone get inside Sibrand's boat (the one he's rowed away in and taken to the main ship) if that's even possible.

I've actually reached that boat before the scene. You'll fall right through the boat if you try to get on. Also that guard standing by it on the dock is mostly unresponsive and the two guards in the boat are just props. Anyone want to see a video about it?

I wonder what would've happened if he followed it to his boat? I'm guessing there's no "step off" animation and that it just disappears...
Pretty cool nonetheless - awesome how he killed those guards at the end.
