Sorry if this has already been posted.

Anyway... I was playing around at the pools(baths) in the South of Rome...

I climbed one of the dome towers covered in moss and vegetation...
(it was day)

I went to the corner of it and tackled a man sitting down in the (pond?) bath...

As I fell closer towards him, I slowed down and started to ascend...

Im pretty sure this glitch is repeatable but I only managed to do it once, because If you fail, and hit the floor, the man just walks off...

Okay so head to the Bath house?

Climb the green mossy tower.

There should be two of them... (When did it, the circular structure thing was diagonally to my left as I looked at it...)

Looking down, there should be a group of thieves(do not hire them), and about 2 people sitting down casually in the water.

You need to try and drop tackle the guy sitting down on the left...(he is only there in the day)

If you succeed, you will slow down as you fall then begin to rise...

Holding O or B is fun to look at (looks like he's doing a magic trick), but it will stop you from doing the exploit because you can accidentally grab the edge of the circular structure.

That is pretty much it...
You may find it will take a few tries, if that happens you can travel back to Isola Tiberina(Tiber Island) then travel back, using the fast travel tunnels...

I hope you enjoy the view!

There are several references to Roman Baths in AC:B. I think you're talking about Terme di Caracalla, where one would find flags 63-65 on this map. I went there and tried to replicate your process but couldn't locate the landmarks.

I climbed one of the dome towers covered in moss and vegetation

To me, "dome tower" means the roof has a rounded top. I couldn't find any domes in Terme di Caracalla. Flag #64 is on top of a mossy tower (9:30 in first video). Is that the right tower?

the circular structure thing was diagonally to my left

Is the circular structure the one that Ezio runs across at 9:13 in the first Antico video? It would help if you used compass direction. We don't know which direction you were facing when it was to your left.

Im pretty sure this glitch is repeatable but I only managed to do it once

As a software developer, I'm skeptical when someone in quality assurance tells me, "It's 100% reproducible. It happened to me once!" Please see if you can do it again.

You won't even feel the blade.
