Yeah, astlan. Assassin's Creed: Revelations is so 2011. What were you thinking? 
Nice! I found that jumping from the two roofs over the artifact you were after also gives you possession if the other team is ground level or rushing to your side. Since the artifact area is just a big dome, your legs fall into place and snatch it while you grab onto the next building. This worked for me until the last few minutes because the other team got smart (like in your video). I think switching it up between those two strategies might help other players out.
