Some of them (not all of them) are used for the shop quests. The unnecessary ones can be sold if you're low on money (ha ha).

The tomatoes are used for a shop quest, but not the other 2 that you mentioned.

Yeah, as i said, ALMOST all of them are useless.
I know that some of them are used for Shop Quests, i'm talking about the other ones.
Into the Doctor shop quest, you need 5 tomatoes, problem is, i have like 20 tomatoes ! What will i do with the rest of it ?

As for the extra ones, ignore them. (I'm not sure how Ezio is able to carry all that stuff around, though. Perhaps it's better not to speculate on where he puts it. )

Yep, that's the only thing you can do with them. But be careful where you sell them : if I remember well, you can get more money depending on the shop you choose. For example, a tailor would buy silks a higher price than a blacksmith (no sh%$# Sherlock).

It's sad that after you have completed all the Shop Quests, the items become useless....
Let's hope that in Revelations most of the items will be usefull.

Well, if I understand correctly, in Revelations we'll be able to craft 6 million types of bombs, so at least some of them should use some wool - or coffee beans - or Buddhist prayer beads.

I was thinking on the same thing. As Ubi said, we'll be able to craft 300 types of bombs, so most of the items will be usefull since each bomb type requires a diferent item (by my logic).

I'm really hoping I can create a bomb that shoots darts in all directions to clear out a good amount of guards silently. That's all I'd really like to use.

I'd love to create a bomb that shoots out an exact replica of the Mona Lisa. Or maybe a scale model of Mt. Fuji.

I'm sure those options will be in there somewhere among the 93 million varieties!

Ha ha ha, Lord_Rat; you crack me up! Here I am, going for the comic exaggeration and you're being much funnier than me by playing the "take the joke seriously" game. It must be my karma, since I'm constantly doing the same thing to The Hubster, to assassinate his Vile Pun Buzz. So I guess I had it coming. (Perhaps I need something to be humble about, eh?)

But if that's true, then the past could simulate events to make us become twice the number we were.
