I just finished Assassin's Creed: Renaissance and started Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood today. I think I actually liked the Renaissance book as much as the game. Bowden takes some creative liberties that get incorporated into the AC:B game as memories. It's interesting that he focuses solely on the Ezio story and neglects the modern day Assassins. I'm only 3 chapters into Brotherhood, but it's interesting how he changes up the into and adds details.
The embarrassing truth: your worst multiplayer performance
Tue, 02/01/2011 - 15:51 — DunanI'm not too good at multiplayer. Even when I'm not getting killed by techniques that I can't even access yet (poison, templar vision, etc.), I die much more often that I kill.
In a three-team match three or four days ago I must have had my partner (an all-capital name involving Kali; sincere apologies if you're reading this) tearing his hair out when he suffered the burden of getting 2500 of our partnership's 2600 points. I got one little kill and met my own death 7 times.
But my worst performance, point-wise, came teo days ago when I finished an 8-player contest with a grand total of zero. No kills, three deaths, and no chances to escape and pick up a few points for that (one thing in my favor is that I can generally escape really well). No, this time I was 8th and last, and the experience bar after the match, that usually shows how much progress you made, didn't budge!
Puzzles & Thought Process

The code wheel puzzles in Assassin's Creed 2 and Brotherhood. I had a hell of a time with many of them. More than 1 I just gave up and looked up the answer online because I was getting frustrated. I remember a Sumerian number system puzzle in AC2, specifically, that had me completely baffled.
I'm going to go back shortly and play AC2 and ACB as one big long super-game. I'm not looking for the answers to the puzzles; I can find them anywhere.

It's pathetically short but you may as well take it to give them a bit of feedback as I know most of us were less than impressed with Brotherhood.

Manhunt Glitch

I start searching for a manhunt game, and join one that is in the second half, with one person missing on Team 2, leaving me on offense. My teammates were using the doctor persona, but when I spawned I was the prowler. It lasted the entire game, even after I got stunned and switched profiles.

Wed, 01/19/2011 - 06:19 — JedtedIs there some specific requirement for this challenge? It says get kills with 4 of the unlockable personas(Blacksmith, Theif, Footpad and Mercinary) which i've done but it didn't get completed.
What am i missing here?
Stun vs. Poison Priority?
Tue, 01/18/2011 - 22:10 — JedtedIn a couple games i noticed sometimes when i poisoned someone they still managed to get a stun on me. The weird thing is i still got points for the kill even though it says "contract lost". I geuss since poison is an ability it doesn't take the same priority as the assassinate button but i thought this was interesting and i wanted to get some imput on this.
Should you still get credit for poison kills even if you get stunned and loose your contract?
Taking a break

However even if I get internet in the future, I will only have this laptop that cannot record sound for some awesome reason. I cbf selling it just so I can record sound, so chances are no more videos either from me. Hope you enjoyed my multiplayer videos I think they were the highlight of my AC vids, expect more written guides and articles from me though in the future
Am I doing something wrong??

I didn't really feel like playing the Project Legacy Facebook game. At least not right now, I probably will later. So I just signed up for the game and had a friend who played through the game and had an abundance of them, send me 2 Venetian and 2 Medici capes as gifts. Got them though the PL email.
My UPlay is synched to Facebook and my XBox live profile. I know that's all working. And I am loading my game file with the synch first option.
However, the capes are still not showing up.
