They showed off what I assume is the intro sequence.
Ezio sleeping with Caterina in the Villa >_>
And then the Villa gets assaulted by cannons, and huge amounts of Borgia troops...
Mario dies
And as is usual... the people who play the E3 demos simply cannot fight >_< he's hit quite a few times. But at least the enemy is acting more aggressive, like they were talking about.
But holy crap, one of the counters, he knocks the enemy down so he's bending at the waist, places the hidden gun on the enemy's head and fires, one handed.
(There is a lot of information here, so i've tried to break it down into topics for convenience.) Press CTRL+F then copy and paste one of the following to jump quickly to a specific part:

-Ezio's older now, in his forties and has formed his own guild of assassins, hence the "Brotherhood" in the title.
-Machiavelli will be playing a "huge role".
-Rodriga Borgia has returned, this time aided by son Cesare and daughter Lucrezia.
Found it while checking GR.com today, it's actually from an interview Playstation 3 Magazine UK had with the devs. I think it it clears up some clouds about what the multiplayer and the single-player will be. If anyone else is interested:

Hmm, tht link is too long.
I got the July issue of Playstation Magazine, which has a big AC:B feature. I can't get scans, unfortunately, but here's the gist of it.
- Desmond, Machiavelli, da Vinci, and Cesare Borgia all appear in the game. You'll get to see more Leonardo inventions [the flying machine returns, along with others], and Cesare Borgia is your new nemesis. Desmond appears, but not at the beginning of the game.
- Rome is 4x the size of Venice, comes in Tiber Island, Countryside, Downtown, and Classical districts. Ezio's based out of Tiber Island.
I received an e.mail from Dr. Warren Vidic, extending me an invitation to join the Templars, to define the dawning of a new era. Attached to it, an image of the glyphs and a link to this page:
http://assassinscreed.uk.ubi.com/abstergoindustries/
If you explore a little bit more, you can see a menu with all the glyphs, I think that you can get the order from e-mails. As well, the is a timer with the Abstergo logo counting down to something. What will it be?
Will you answer the call and ensure your place in history?
It's official, what was once called "Assassin's Creed II: Episodes" has been listed as Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. They registered the domain name www.assassinscreedbrotherhood.com, but the domain is currently inactive.

I hope that's not old news, anyway check out this article on IGN:

Sure i'll get it but i was hoping for an all-new setting. I hope it's something like AC2 Bloodlines lol
So what do you think O.o?
From PS3 Attitude:
After confirmation of a new Assassin’s Creed yesterday, more details on the title have emerged.
It will be a full game that will again star Ezio, will be developed by the same studios who developed the second game; which the majority of work was done by Ubisoft Montreal.
We guess this is not too much of a surprise since they clearly know how to make a fantastic game, and have the know-how to make the perfect follow-up.
And yes we do actually mean a “follow-up” because it will be a direct sequel to AC2.
