The Hidden Blade Assassin's Creed in Depth

Hey guys, this is my first post. I've been using this site for a while to get all the various collectibles across the AC games, but now I seem to be having a problem with a very annoying glitch in Brotherhood.

The problem is, whenever I set a new marker, it is visible on the overworld map, but NOT on the in-game mini map! This is making it very frustrating renovating shops and stables around Rome for me. I don't know what to try aside from starting a new game, which I really don't want to have to do.

I was hoping maybe you guys had some ideas about this?

Parachute Air Assassination - nothing special, very straight forward.

Mysterious Death (sort of) - i used hyperblending to get to him and knock him off his horse because you can't poison him while he's riding. i put sort of because i don't know if knocking him off can still be considered mysterious.

My second video of Ezio missing from scenes in Rome. These all take place in sequence five.
First I start with another character missing from a scene. In the Escape From Debt memory there is a scene at the end. Right by where you start the scene there is a lift. If you run to the lift and use it while the scene is starting the Senator is affected by it. Although nothing seems to have changed at first the Senator doesn't walk through the door and is out of the scene for part of it.
