It is possible to get out of bounds during Memory 2 of the Aveline DLC for AC4:BF
I'm a speedrunner and was searching for ways to enter the fort quicker, without needing to go through the underground. Even if I can't make it inside, maybe a trigger can be reached and desync performed to spawn inside. I've not had success yet.
Here's video of me performing the OoB.

Memory 5 Lifting the Veil
In this memory you spy on the governor, soon to be an assassination target. Starting off disguised as a slave, you are unable to move around freely. When you can finally explore the place, I stuck close to the outer wall to avoid detection. It's tricky to approach the mansion without getting seen, so take advantage of the shrubbery to hide in. Shown in the video is an optional conversation you can overhear between two guards.

Nothing special about this. It was the first plantation liberation I did outside the storyline, and managed to avoid open conflict. How these side missions work is you have to kill a certain number of overseers. If you are detected, enemies will attack and kill the slaves, which defeats the purpose of the mission.
Taken mostly from this article.
John from IT left one last message for the protagonist to find at the end of Black Flag that I don't think has come up on this forum before. I guess the present day story wasn't completely done...
Hi, guys!
Sometimes I just get de-sync here for no reason, which is annoying, especially in speedrun. Am I doing something wrong? Or it is just a random bug? Do you have any idea?

I am referring to how memory corridors start in assassinations. Unlike previous games, AC4 doesn't have an effect when memory corridors are loading. However, assassination contracts use slow motion for their targets. I use this to my advantage to show how assassinations could have looked, using ingame mechanics.
Templar Hunt + Assassination Contract
Start off from the place shown in the video to board the ship. Quickly assassinate the captain (the guy at the helm who wears a hat, can't miss him) and make a mad dash for the "Jackdaw". You need to be fast to reach the helm before the timer runs out. Won't lie, I've cussed out the game for just barely not making it.
Just a thread to collect all info. I haven't gone through all of MAGLX' videos as it would take a long time to find out which ones are relevant. I will be adding to the thread as I go along and collect more information on the various memories. I might spend 1-2 hours on a single memory though, and I'm not sure how long I'll keep this up. Anyways, if you found something new, post it below and I'll see that it gets added.

MAGLX was kind enough to show me a method for removing the dual swords permanently. Originally mentioned on gamefaqs.

Not-so-deadly Encounter
So as it turns out if El Tiburon drops his axe he'll do a knockout animation with his fists. To make him drop the axe throw a smoke bomb while in range to be instantly killed by him while there is an object in between you two to prevent the kill animation. El Tiburon will draw out his weapon and drop it. Getting near him will cause him to perform a high profile running knockout.
