Drowning the boy does not stop him from crying, and you can still initiate the cutscene after he's gone. This grab-move exploit was originally reported by aurllcooljay. Both he and I independently managed to kill this boy in this way. This is the first published video of a child dying in the Assassin's Creed series.

Here's a little Variety Pack on the mission "Follow The Money" (Sequence 5) where you have to take out silently the guard inside the Pantheon. It includes: Air Assassination, Eagle Strike, Stunt Assassination and a Parachute-Drop Assassination.

This mission is similar to the parachute air assassination as shown by Arrrogance:

The parachute eagle strike is a lot easier than it looks. I estimate that I have about a 50% success rate on the eagle strike (maybe better).

For the Baron and Banker assassinations detection will result in desyncronization. You can avoid being detected by the target if you throw a smoke bomb then quickly grab him with a weapon (kill all the nearby guards first). Then you can move him anywhere you want, just be sure to throw him instead of let him go since he will probably see you. In addition there are other detection tricks on both targets.

Superblend Assassination
To initiate superblending, you need to first blend with a group of people, and then transition to a non-standing surface during the blending grace period. I used this exploit to kill the target without being seen.
